 My name is Phil.  I'm from Oregon.  I accepted Jesus as my savior when I was 8 yrs old.

I love having fun.   I'm not new to substances.

I found cannabis at 16 and alcohol at 18.

I got stuck in these as the trap they are.

Fastforward to now.  (I'm 42) I rededicated my life to the Lord last year bout January.  I saw kratom and was naturally curious.  I got some and quit drinking and smoking completely and now only have kratom and coffee in my chemical intake life.

Kratom gave me the mind to quit alcohol after 20 plus yrs of use.  Increased my production and energy several times.  Doesn't affect my mood when used responsibly.

I don't have a conviction against natural God made substances.  I do have a conviction against man made synthetics.
Today's alcohol is not only questionable in a believer's life but also damaging for our bodies (temple of the holy spirit) it also has preservatives and methanol in it from the fermentation process.  The methanol is not removed because that's where the feeling comes from, not so much from the ethanol.  Methanol is a deadly poison.

Ethanol is the antidote for that poisoning.  So this is why it is left in.  Maximizing profit. Giving a more thorough drunk feeling to consumers is more bang for your buck.  So I classify it as a man made because it is not strictly natural.

Picking the natural options of God made in our lives brings glory to God thru our choices.

Satan tries to genetically modify food and substances, subverting our natural bodies. Taking Glory away from God thru our choices.

So for me kratom has its place in my everyday life.

It is natural.  It helps me from using other things.

Mental clarity and mental computing power for me is enhanced.   I don't feel intoxicated. Just sharp or more aware.  Most importantly I don't feel guilty for its use.

Jesus Christ is the most important thing for me and I hope for you as well.  

So as I walk with him with a clear conscience, I praise his holy name!  If he can pull me out of a much more serious place of addiction and substance abuse he can do the same for you.

If I'm ever convicted by the holy spirit on my kratom use I will stop.  Praise Jesus's holy name!

And you better be quick to align yourself with him because time is running out.

"Hello. My name is David Martin. I became ill in 2020 with Epstein Bar Virus, aka Mono. I was 43 and had never had the virus as a teenager. This illness was brutal and unlike most westerners that contract EBV my infection was in the spinal column, not the spleen. This caused neurological problems with my motor functions and breathing.Doctors being concerned did blood work and set an appointment for a MRI. I learned from MRI's that I have spinal stenosis and blood tests that I have Lupus. Finding these diseases explained a lot about my problems through out life.
I can not take the majority of medications prescribed by doctors because the side effect are almost always the stop taking the medication type side effects. I tried Kratom one evening while having breathing issues due to the EBV causing swelling in the spin. The kratom helped with the stress and fatigue I was going through and made the evening tolerable. I still have issues with EBV in my spin and when it accure's I use kratom to manage the stress and fatigue.
Now dealing with Lupus it is a dream come true. My Lupus is not as severe as a lot of other people I know that have the auto immune disorder, but that does not diminish the fact that I have problems from the disorder. Kratom helps me get through days when I have flare ups that are exhausting and painful and keeps my stomach from knotting so I can eat during the flare ups. I have tried ibuprofen and caffeine in the past, but they prolong the flare up and make my stomach hurt after ingesting them. So I prefer kratom."

"Thank you for the opportunity to share how kratom has been a blessing to me.

I have 9 damaged discs in my back, and while I am not in constant pain (thank God!), it flares up horribly at times. I had a prescription for Tramadol, but I hate taking it. Opioids do not agree with my system, causing issues that make me prefer the pain. Then a friend took me with her when she was purchasing kratom for her son's chronic back pain.
